Claim money not paid out

My uncle died 13 March and was laid to rest on 19 March so I had sent my documents for assessment on the 15 and the completed claim form on the 16 March but till today I was been told that it will be processed but I have not received anything as B3 and clientele the underwriter mentioned they will assess it. I have made so much debts for the arrangements of the funeral thinking by now everything will be processed asap but till today nothing has been done and need to pay people back their monies. I have sent numerous to find out what's happening without a concrete feedback.
