Changing dates of debit orders

My account usually gets debited on the 15th of every month but to my surprise on the month of January my account was debited on the 24th of January, which bounced as I did not have enough funds in my account and I had to pay for the unpaid debit order fees. I sent Clientele a WhatsApp for banking details so that I can make an EFT of the unpaid debit order on the 1st of February and I received a response on the 2nd of February with an email address/number to contact for the banking details. On the 4th of February I sent an email requesting these details instead of getting a response my account was debited for the other policies on the 10th of February and fortunately I had enough money in my account. On the 15th February of the debit order in question to my surprise went through and luckily I had enough money in my account for it but then again the debit order tried to deduct on the 5th of March and there was not enough money which resulted in another unpaid debit order and banking fees. Please can this be fixed as it is really inconveniencing and messing up my bank account.
