Cannot pay back my refund

I had a policy with this company and due to personal reasons I decided to cancel my policy in January towards end of the month. I was told that the cover for January would be deducted which I understood, end of February the premuim was again deducted I then contacted them during March and I was given 7-10 working days but I never got my refund. On the 30th of March I emailed the company got a response on the 7th of April and the email stated that I would get my refund in 7-10 days of which I'm still waiting for it now and its almost a month now.
