Cancelled plan
I cancelled my plan on the 23rd January, received a cancellation of Plan ***, but it was still deducted. When i spoke to someone this morning they said that they cannot reverse or pay the monies back.

23 Feb 2026, 13:44I just got an Email now to say they need 31 days notice. my debit order was for the 25th, because that is when i get paid, but it was deducted on 21 already. if i check the date and count the the days it will be more than 31 days, but because it was deducted on the 21st it is 30 days

As per our conversation on even day, I have provided feedback regarding the concerns raised and also confirmed that your Clientele Perks was cancelled on the 23rd of January 2026, however at the time of cancellation a debit order for February 2026 had already been raised. Kindly note that all our cancellation requests requires a 31 days’ notice. Upon the investigation, a decision has been made to refund the last premium debited in the month of February and the funds will reflect in your bank account by the end of business tomorrow.
