Cancellation of Unauthorized Clientèle Perks Rewards and Refund Request
I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of the Clientèle Perks Rewards subscription linked to my account. I did not authorize or consent to this service, and I have noticed deductions that I did not agree to.
Kindly cancel this service with immediate effect and process a full refund for any amounts deducted. I expect confirmation of both the cancellation and the refund as soon as possible.
