Cancellation of policy/Undisputed debit order
Hello
I have been trying to cancel an policy that was opened against my will. I was stopped by one of your agents at Evaton Mall and they **********ly opened a policy without my permission. They asked for my details including banking details to check which cover I qualify for. After moments I got a message stating I've opened a Ultimate Dignity Plan AU.
I stopped the debit order from my bank but the transacrion is undisputed and I'd like to ask for assistance in the closure of the policy and also getting my refunds.
