Cancellation of policy and refund my money
On the 22 may this year I met a guy who was bizzy introducing clientele life( IFA) He said to me there are free vouchers from Clientele. He ask my ID SAYING HE IS CHECKING HOW MUCH DO I QUALYFY, HE SAID I AM QUALIFYING R300 monthy for 3 months, He continue saying the money will be in my bank soon so he ask my card bank to scan .Later as I was going through this app I notice he made policy that iwill pay R300 every month. Mind you he never told me about the policy i called him to cancel that policy, he promise to council till on the 25th they deducted R300 in my Account .please if you can help me to council this policy and be refunded
