Cancellation of funeral policy

Hi, i got ******* by a clientele sales person she said she wanted to register my name so she can earn R50, she didn't tell me about joining anything. On my surprise few days later clientele debited R242 in my account stating that its for Funeral Policy. Please help me to cancel this hence im a student and obviously i can't afford it.
