Cancellation of clientele policy

I was recently ******* by a clientele sales person to join clientele policy.the guy told me that he was just checking if I qualify for a policy and assured me that I'm not joining they just want to fill in the forms they had so that they could get paid he said that to show that I didn't join I will receive a call from clientele to ask if I'm interested in joining little did I know that he was lying later I received messages stating that I'm now a member of clientele and that they will deduct 240 from my account, please cancel my policy since I can't afford it I'm only a student
