Cancellation of clientele direct rewards

I was ******* by a clientele sales person to join the clientele direct rewards .The guy said we only checking if I qualify for a clientele direct rewards and soon I will be soon be contacted by clientele to tell me more about clientele direct rewards and ask if I'm interested or not then few months later money was deducted from my account since last year without my authorization can you please help I'm still a student please help
