CANCELLATION OF CLIENTELE DEBIT ORDER

I am a Graduate, unemployed and receiving the R350 from SASSA. I would like to cancel my Clientele debit order. I know nothing about it I was only informed about golden rewards when registered. This morning my Grant came in and unfortunately all of it was taken. I just graduated and can not afford this. Please help me cancel immediately. The customer care number says "number busy" when I try to call7
