Canceling my debit order at Clientele
Someone used my details to join debit order at Clientele, when I call Clientele so that I could cancel the debit order they don't help me and they have been taking money in my bank account for 2 months now.

26 May 2021, 19:03They called me and promised that they will cancel my debit order and transfer my money back in my account. Today I received my money back and they deducted it again with their debit order. I don't understand what is going on because the debit order is not canceled as they promised.
