Canceling clientel funeral cover

Good evening I have been trying to cancel my clientel policy because I am not working anymore I sent them an email and also sent facebook inboxes called a couple of times but being sent to one consultant to the other I couldn't hang on. I do not have enough airtime every sent I get from my brother gets deducted it's really frustrating I just need my refund and to stop the debit orders please help.
