Cancelation of policy

So I was asking for a quotation and the guy was talking with decided to open a policy for me and worse only wanted a policy for my parents he didn't even open for them. Now I can't get hold of him or the offices their WhatsApp is not responsive sent an email tried calling to speak to an agent the switch board says it opens Monday to Friday from 8 till 5 and yet I callen on a Tuesday 10 am. I just wanna close that policy
