Cancel the debit order

Few weeks back they ******* me by saying I'll get rewards if I joined and never tell about debit orders or anything else. But now my 250 is gone and I emailed them (clientele) they say they will get back to me but till nou no response. Am still a student I can't afford 250 each n every month that why I would like to cancell
