Cancel my debit order and kindly refund me

I was recently ******* by a clientele sales person to join the client funeral plan. The lady said we only checking if I qualify for the policy and that I'll be soon contacted by clientele to tell me more about the policy and to confirm if I'm interested, but to my surprise a week later I recieved an sms from clientele informing me that they will be a debit of R242 without my consent. I tried contacting customer care service with no luck. Today I woke up to R242 taken from my account. Can you please help me cancel this policy and refund me as I am a student and I can't afford it .
