Calling on the dead

Years ago I got my mom a cellphone, with number ***. She had this number for at least 13 years, and then she died in 2016. The sim card came back to me, and I now use this number as my DATA sim, to work from home. For the past 3 month, Clientele has been trying to send her a gift. I used to ignore the calls, but started answering them a week ago so that this company can update their records (and stop interrupting my data-connection). I have told at least 10 people that she's dead, but I still receive at least 3 calls a day. I have blocked each number after each call. I dont' know what else to do for them to stop calling her. (Please, if you manage to get hold of her, send my love.)
