Bunch of *******.....****ming people

I was at the mall in December when an agent approached me and offered me a policy , we went through the process I informed her that I am unemployed and need to know the exacts amount that this policy will be , she advised that she will go to the office and check how much the policy will be and call me back with the amount she also advised me that after that i must go to the bank to approve the debit order, i do not have the banking app on my phone, i never received a call from her and did go to the bank so i assumed that was the end of it , however to my surprise i wake up to a R400 debit order this morning , I immediately contacted Clientele just to find out that they loaded the policy onto their system and took my money without me approving anything , Clientele is a bunch of ******* selling money from unemployed single mothers
