BROKEN PROMISES

I have had an investment plan with Clientele for over 10 years. I needed money to settle my son's school fees so that i can start saving for his high school tuition. The amount that i requested was not even quarter of my investment. <br> <br> I was send forms to complete and send back to them with some docs which i did. I even called to confirm if all was in order and they confirmed. They also mentioned that it will take them 8 working days to get the money. <br> <br> The paperwork was sent to them on the 11th of June. i called them again on the 18th just to make sure all was in order. Today is the 8th day and when i did not receive any sms i called to check on the progress. The lady who assisted me told me she can't see anything on the system for me. But promised that she will speak to her supervisor to ensure i get my money tomorrow.<br> <br> I feel that they make promises that they can't keep. I am considering withdrawing everything and investing it elsewhere.<br> <br> They are just full of promises and i lost faith in them completely.<br> <br> Disappointed Patricia<br>
