****** ****** and a bunch of *******

yesterday i called clientelle to cancel a policy I had with them. I was told that the policy will be cancelled and a few minutes later I received an sms saying it was cancelled. After that sms another one comes saying my account will be debited early this month due to the holidays. how because my policy is cancelled? i thought i had nothing to worry about. This morning I wake up and my account has been debited. so i am paying for something i dont have anymore. When i called this morning an agent told me to call my bank to reverse the payment while she knew very well its not possible to do that. what ****ed me off is that my friend who has the same policy has not been debited even though her debit date is the same day as mine. You people are a bunch of *********. i want this issue dealt with before the holidays are over.
