We are therefore not in a position to respond to the concerns raised. The Arbitration Department is a higher authority that has been commissioned by Clientele Life with the mandate to review any queries referred to it. Any determination made by the Independent Arbitrator is final and binding on the Company and we will be guided by his response.

I was hoping here I'll get through a person higher than him
If you still channeling me to him than it means clientele is dead if your last line of defence is Jason

There is no such complain for my medical records.complaints pending are hysterectomy and dread disease
Respond so people will see how much of ****** you are

The form talks about people who attended to me in that admittion.my medical aid did not attend me,but authorised that who ever attends to me will be paid from my medical aid.
The information you obtained was **********ly obtained since my partner form was used and the format it is in is totally different from mine
Which means you used my partner with a sole purpose to receive my medical aid to releasing information that you were not entitled to.
By law you had to obtain consent from me,you had to inform me.which you did,but behind my back you went and obtained information that I don't even know about
