Beware when requesting a quotation from Clientèle

I contacted Clientèle to enquire about a policy for my mum. The agent told me it would be an obligation free quote and that getting my banking details was compulsory for him to complete the quote. Next thing I know I’m getting an email confirming my policy and an sms asking me to approve the debit order. The agent also provided me with false information pertaining to the cover. This is ******** behavior and is being reported to the ombudsman
