i would like to thank Claim Assessor: Simonique Johnson for her assistance when my brother passed away 2 weeks back, she assisted me with so much empathy and she kept on keeping up on me if i was ok or the claim was paid in time to arrange for the funeral, and everything went well, she is the best, i give customer service skill a 101% and 10 golden stars
