Bad service when requesting to be removed joined services
I have moved overseas for good, and kindly contact clientele legal to remove me from their services, as I have been with them for more two years. first contact, no respond and so was the second and the third contact. When someone respond from my last contact, they offered me ****, and didn't read what i wrote them. Where I am, I am currently unemployed and could use every cents to better my life. Since no one responded funds were deducted from my account with no regard of my request. It's really amazing how quick this company accepted me in the beginning, now when I request nicely to be removed from their services, it's hell on earth. Incompetency with highest degree and no regard of loyal clients. Really a **** show straight up, i didn't get married with this company. Since July 2021, why are you still taking my funds, why? No one should experience this at all.
