Bad Service
Received sms about funeral plan, rep**** yes. Then on 18/04/2015 received call from clienttel agent, willing to sign up but due to poor customer service I changed my mind on spot. Firstly he call me by name and I hang up, 2nd call I told him that am not his friend to call me by first name, started to be rude and saying that's it's my name, refuse to call his senior and hung up
