Bad service

I had the worst experience with clientele life😡😡😡😡 I took this policy 6 years back, they told me that I would get all premiums paid back if I dnt claim in 5 years secondly i joined this as I was no longer in a medical looking for something that would cover me incase I end up in hospital.

The consultant said I will get 2000 each day at hospital and all hospital bills will be payed.

5 years come of me not skipping even a month I tried to claim they told me stories that my policies does not include that..

I let that slide. I got sick that’s where I saw there worst service. I called telling them I’m sick I need to claim. Their policy changed wat I was told was completely different to wat we agreed to.

Aftr all everything I paid not even one was delivered. They sell a policy bcz they want to make sales I escalated the mater n the manager said yes they admit their consultant said so bt there’s nothing they can do.
