Bad service

So finally you cancelled my policy after i havent even use the rewards and still now u want to charge me again the 1st of march because i didnt cancel it before 30days when i wa constantly trying to get hold of you for more than 2weeks. You never bothered to call me to even say sorry but you want to take my money again. I never thought clientele is like this your service is the worst and il never open anything by you guys again.
