BAD SERVICE

<p>In february 2017 i decided to take a clientele hospital cash back plan, because i thought it would help me, they told me that they will send me a contract, well they did send the contract bu my names on the contract were incorrect, i decided to phone them and spoke to LERATO ( rude lady ), i explained my story to her she didint seem to care at all, she did not even apologize on behalf of the company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their service is extremely bad even the lady at reception Nash did not have patience, i always thought that their service was good until this. They deduct money every month but to their customers they dont care at all.</p>
