BAD ATTITUDE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was with my Dad at Southgate Mall on the 21st of January 2020. I have to say that I have never seen a sales person with so much bad customer service, his name is Bongani Khoza and so rude and disrespectful to clients and more than anything he undermines his co-workers like Mduduzi in front of clients. Apparently Bongani is their manager. His such a terrible manager I have to say. He is too loud and when you ask him to speak softly he refuses and tells you that that's the way a sales person suppose to speak "loud". I totally lost interest to ask any more information about Clientele. And when you ask his colleagues questions, he keeps interrupting and tells you that his colleagues dont know anything. I think he needs to go back to customer service training as he claims that he went to school for customer service. And he couldn't care when I mentioned that I was going to write a review about him.
