Awesome service rendered by lerato

I took out a funeral policy with clientelle for the first time. I was sent an sms to view my policy docs online but struggled so i called. Lerato answered the phone and explained how the cover works. Instead of leaving me with a question mark after putting the phone down she educated me and gave me clarity on alot. She offered to send me my docs abd by the time i put the phone down, i had the docs. I must say that was great service. Im so happy with my experience with clientelle so far. Big ups to lerato and the guy who sold me the policy. You are both great and clientelle is lucky to have you. Service that great is scarce these days. Give them both a bells!!
