Automated Spam calls
I receive so many automated spam calls from this company. A year ago Clientele **********ly started debiting my bank account. It took a while to cancel that debit order. So that means that my telephone number ended up in their database and now they use it to spam me. They are also advertising funeral policies on the radio so many times a day that I simply switch off the radio. I am also aware of several unsophisticated people who have been conned into policies that they obviously cannot afford. What an immoral and obnoxious company!

24 Feb 2023, 13:57Thanks for your advice. I have opted out on your website. I hope that this opt-out includes not only all messaging channels but also the automated marketing calls. Please confirm.
I also hope that my opting out is not simply to confirm to your database that there is a live person at the number, and that therefore it should continue to spam that number. This is often the danger in opting out. Please confirm.
Your DMS advice however is of no use. When did you last test that dmsa link? It goes to a 404 Not Found page. I suggest that your update your boilerplate text with a working DMA link.
