At Clientele they are ****** with cracks

I had an investment account with Clientele which I joined through IFA. Clientele is been debiting my bank account for more than three years. I stopped working and claimed my money back but it's been a hard luck. They sent me an encashment form which they required me to send it with a bank statement and a copy of my ID. I sent all the relevant documents but still not yet been paid. I sent the documentation to them for several times and yet still requesting authorisation to pay money into my husband's account which I provided them with. I clearly indicated on the encashment form that it must be paid into my husband's bank account and I signed the form. I need an advice as I'm thinking of contacting an ombudsman.
