***** against old woman
I've been calling clientele for past 4 months but they didn't help regarding my mother's policy no 292987 M.E Vazi issue. She didn't open any funeral cover with them and we did explain but they didn't cancel it instead this month they took R300 from R200 from her sassa grant this is *****. I'm going to report it to the ombudsman of South Africa.
