Account opened on false pretense.

0n the 17 last month I was approached by a sales consultant of clientele life, He offered to open a clientele cover I told him I was not interested, he said can I atleast look at the offer that way he can earn a commission and I would receive call from one of their consultant and reject it if I don't like the offer I said okay. I filled in my details he said it's just for consultations they won't activate it until I agree to it, Yesterday 07 March they deducted my money R119 and I never received a call from them. When I called customer service they said I won't get my refund because the money was already deducted. I want my money back from those people. Never talk to those people at the malls they will **** you .
