A clientele agent ******* me into opening a policy with them under the pretence of doing a quotation and upon realising what had actually happened after seeing a debit order mandate on my bank app, i then called them to explain what happened and to have the policy cancelled but they’ve moved me from pillar to pillar promising to call me back instead of just cancelling and now they’ve debit from my account.
