A bunch of ******

Earlier last month, I saw a guy at Pinecrest centre in Pinetown (now called eMbizweni). He said he is introducing me to a business opportunity that would pay me monthly fees and asked for my banking details so he can "register me for the business opportunity on the account I would use for the business". Fast forward, on the 29th the very same month, I woke up to discover that R495 had been removed from my Capitec account by Clientele. Since I never joined any insurance (mostly unlikely I would join it as a full-time student surviving with NSFAS of R1500 a month and supporting people with it as well). That very morning, I sent Clientele many emails, and I was instructed to "resolve the issue with a WhatsApp robot". I could not do that as I am not on social media, and this does not seem like a case a robot should handle. I have tried sending Clientele more emails, as I really need that money, it is not easy being a breadwinning student supporting 2 homes. The people at Clientele are ********, as no one told me that I was joining some policy, but I was lured into believing this was a business opportunity. Clientele fails to even reply to the thousands of emails I have sent them, and I am now escalating this matter to the insurance ombudsman of this country. This company should be shut down for preying on the poor, and ******** people of what little money that have.
