Good day I have a ***** case with clientele one of the agent wrote me two policy without my accepting it..I didn't even meet that person I saw a debit order on my Capitec account and I called them then they said the will investigate so I let them do that..so after the investigation they called me and ask few questions after they told me they will only cancel the policy and they won't refund me..it's a ***** made by one of them so I want to report it feather because I hate what they did to me taking my money without my me accepting
