21st Century, Not able to Email quote!

Funeral cover ad, I responded to the SMS request, received call back, when through the motions with the call centre agent to g et to where eventually an estimate was given.<br> I requested for the quote to be emailed to me, as is the norm, as I would like to peruse and make an informed decision<br> Response was 'no we cant' to which I said, well sorry then we cant do business together - 'okay bye' was the response<br> Clearly insurance companies have too many clients and dont need the business<br> I must admit, I had interactions with another insurance company a few weeks back and also asked for the quote to be emailed - 'we dont do that'<br> How can one remain in business with this old business attitude - I would think everybody is entitled to a quotation to be emailed before agreeing to take up the policy!!<br>
