On 28May2024 Clientele seducted money oit of my account, i called the help linr and demanded and explanation and asked for my refund, i was told i will get my money back withon 2working days till to date to money. I was giving a number to cancel, i waiting on the line 49 minutes till my airtime ended, i have send emails, no help, i went to Capitec to block and reverse, i was told Clientele cannot be reversed.. I really need your help guys cause i dont remember joining clientele or taking a ny Policy with them.
