13 Spam calls in 5 days
Well the past week or so, and last year to a large degree, Clientele has been spam phoning me in office hours and on week end to a large extend. for the past 5 days I emailed the service centre every time I received a spam call to sort it out and put my number on a DO NOT CALL list. One reply but no solution so far. It has been tempting to escalate this further using the POPI act.
Its spam like this that companies will never have me as a client. this indicates the poor service and responds time on an issue, how will they respond if I am a client? Terrible terrible
