My wife & I got married 1 Nov 2014. During our honeymoon we stayed in Camps bay & on the 4th Nov we were approached by 1 of the consultants of Easy Holiday while we were strolling on the beach.<br> He said it's our lucky day & we need to scratch 2cards to see what we have won.The 1st price was a put-put voucher & 2nd was a dream holiday anywhere locally or internationally. For people that is on honeymoon this is a fantastic surprise & wedding gift we thought.We were taken to the office to claim our price where we had to sit for over an hour in a presentation.We ended up with only 1voucher for accomodation & a contract for life. There was no voucher for put-put as the manager said they were out of stock.We were promised a sunset boat ride for 2 - which we also didnt get.I then communicated with Ebrahim Parker (the sales agent who sold to us) & he just had empty promises. <br> We then decided to cancel the membership 8days later & we were informed we can't cancel because we outside 5day cancellation period. I took the matter up with Marcia Mashele from Clientele legal & today i am so happy because she assisted us to get this membership cancelled. Clientele is very lucky to have you Marcia...
