worst service ever

I have asked clientele Legal to assist me with a matter in the time December-January nothing has happened ever since I pay premiums monthly and have spent over R1000 in trying to call them with no help today a lady just dropped the call whilst asking her for assistance. I'm now in contact with media 24 and radio 702 and hopefully my voice will be noticed.im extremely unhappy with the service.
