Worse than mafias
Been a client for Clientele for 4 years and paid for premiums for 4 years
On the 4th year I had a legal issue that they refuse to represent me claiming that 2 years back I defaulted on my premium and yet they were still deducting and keeping my account active

We confirm that we have been in contact with you and advised you of the importance of paying your monthly premiums in order to enjoy full legal cover.
According to our records you disputed our authority to debit your account for your monthly premiums during March 2012, February and March 2013 and as a result we couldn’t provide you with legal cover herein. As per the terms and conditions of your legal policy if a premium is missed it affects your legal cover and unfortunately we have to cease cover. Your legal matter has thus been correctly repudiated.
