Worse service ever
The client service is pathetic, they never call you back, or assist. The lawyers are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Unfortunately, we have not had the opportunity to address the concerns raised herein with you as you have been unreachable upon our various attempts to contact you telephonically.
We do understand your frustration, however it should be noted that your legal policy is inactive as it lapsed during 2015 due to non-payment of the premiums. Therefore, we are unable to provide you with any legal assistance at this point in time and urge you to re-instate your legal policy whereby we will happily assist you within the ambit of the legal policy.
