Why Debit me on whatever date that suits you

Can Clientele explain to me why do they debit me on a day that suits them, I chose a debit order day for a reason, Clientele has been doing this over and over again, sometimes the debit order bounces, this affects my ITC score. Today again I woke up i have been debited money that is planned for my nephews bus ticket to school 1. I want both the Funeral cover and Legal cover cancelled ASAP. 2. I will reverse the debit orders taken today 3. No I do not ever want to be your customer, I mean why would you collect a debit order on a wrong day, why, I have tolerated this for too long but have continuously done it, my whole morning was ruined because of this.
