Where do all the Clientele people disappear to after selling you a policy?
I moved my banking to Bidvest Bank in October and tried to move the debit order with Clientele to Bidvest. They rep**** that they do not debit Bidvest Bank accounts. I then ended our business relationship in writing. On the first of December I had some money in the old bank account, that I now just use as a savings account and they debited my account twice, for a total of R574 including bank fees. 1. How do you debit ex-clients more than a month after cancelling the policy? 2. How do you NOT cancel the policy of a client that told you in writing that you must cancel the policy? 3. How do you not respond to repeated e-mails from clients? 4. Don't even try to ask why I don't phone. Because firstly I'm not wasting more money on trying to explain why you suck and secondly, I don't do phone calls, because then I don't have anything in writing. Simple.
Give me back my money. And make it snappy. Quick-quick. Now, not just now or now now. Right now.

Clientele Legal
I can confirm that when I sign onto the app, it still shows 1 active policy. This must be a huge oversight on the side of Clientele Legal, or does it really take more than a month and a half to have a policy cancelled? As the relevant department will be able to see from my mail dated the 24th of October, the cancellation must be backdated to October. Please have them rectify this and refund payments thus debited in error from my account.
Thank you,
Josh
