WHAT DOES CL COVER EXACTLY ??
I have recently been in contact with a Clientele Legal Adviser who's been allocated to my claim. I am seeking representation and lawyer to apply for a rescission order in a Magistrate Court to rescind a debt review. However, their legal adviser was looking for all opportunities out there not to assist. He said if I want them to assist me that my matter must not be a pre existing matter?? And that clientele will never assist... What does that mean?? I joined debt Counciling after I had taken up a membership with clientele Legal.
