I called on the 27th January to advise about my dispute that I have with a different company, After explaining the situation to the consultant he responded with \ what do want us to do\". What do you mean what do I want you guys to do, I pay you for superior legal services as you advertise on your commercials.<br> <br> I was advised that I will be contacted by a lawyer within 48 hours of the 27th Jan. I have only received contact on the 2nd of Feb.<br> <br> I was then advised to send an email with the details of the other party. I have just sent it and now I got a reply we will respond in 48 hours.<br> <br> I ask myself what is so SUPERIOR about this service!<br> <br> I have skipped one payment and I got a text advising that my service will be suspended and will resume when payment is made. for nearly the entire month my services was suspended and yet you charge me for the full month.<br> <br> I am disgusted with your so called SUPERIOR service.<br> <br> "
