Weak service

Clientele has misleading marketing and I joined them in order to get services because I have been having problems with my neighbors. I wanted help on the issue of a neighbor who caused damage in my Apartment but now they are telling me that there is limited service mean they can't help me, they are telling me that I must get my own attorney, why must I be told to get an attorney while m a their client? Now the neighbor is making fun of me that I have week legal service, mean m not protected with clientele.
