Waste of customers hard earned money

Well i should have read up on them before joining the legal plan a year ago. stay away from them as I can assure you my matter has not been resolved. Neither has their internal dispute resolution mechanism assist as they keep escalating my request on the progress on matter. I will most definitely be heading to the ombudsman regarding this. Have a careful look at the automated response to all the complaints here on this forum
